Description

The Teka HPE 735 pyrolytic oven, or self cleaning ovens as they are more commonly known as, reduce built-up grease and residue by heating the oven interior to temperatures nearing 500°C. The residue is cooked at these high temperatures for up to 3 hours turning it to ash, which can then be easily wiped out with a damp cloth once the oven has cooled. To prevent the door being accidentally opened at these high temperatures, a safety device will automatically lock the door when the inside of the oven reaches 300°C. There is special pyrolitic crystal enamelling on the interior oven cavity, quadruple glazed door and the stainless steel exterior houses pop-out control knobs allowing the user to scroll through the digital display choosing from up to ten cooking functions.
